Jessica is a co-founder of WLW Migration Lawyers and has been working in immigration law since 2010. Jessica is experienced in corporate immigration, having worked with small start-ups, through to large multi-national corporations. She loves the daily challenge of breaking down complex migration concepts for clients in a way that is easy to understand and is commercially minded. Jessica also has extensive experience in family and refugee matters including appeals in the tribunal and courts.
Jessica has worked and studied around the world, including in China, Sweden, Poland and Ghana. She was previously the Principal Solicitor and Program Manager of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre’s Human Rights Law Program. She is regularly invited to present at migration and refugee law conferences and has participated in several Senate Inquiries into proposed migration law amendments in Australia. In 2020 Jessica was recognised as ‘Migration Partner of the Year’ in the Partner of Year Awards run by Lawyers Weekly.
Jessica loves cycling the streets of Melbourne and enjoying all the new restaurants the city has to offer. She also enjoys spending time at local parks and markets on the weekend with her family.
