About us

WLW Migration Lawyers is an Australian specialist immigration law firm. Our team of experienced lawyers are committed to providing professional and ethical migration advice and assistance to our clients.

WLW Migration Lawyers was founded by Jessica Williamson, Simon Leske and James Wardlaw in 2015. The founders were motivated to start a law firm that leverages technology to provide high-quality, user-friendly services.

The firm also sought to challenge the typical “law firm” profile by offering employees a flexible and collaborative work environment that offers the team good work/life balance.

WLW Migration Lawyers is an award-winning specialist immigration law firm with a team of skillful and compassionate lawyers and support staff.

WLW Migration Lawyers is also committed to giving back to the community and has assisted hundreds of humanitarian clients on a reduced fee model and offers legal education to its community partners.

WLW Migration Lawyers was founded with a vision to bring the best of the corporate world and the best from the not-for-profit world together under one roof.

One aspect of this vision was the development of the Bridge Project, WLW’s own not-for-profit arm. The Bridge Project aims to ‘bridge the gap’ between community legal services, which are under strain, and full-fee legal services.

I Received Excellent Guidance And Help From WLW Law Office Lawyers Like ( James , Nisha , . . . ) And I Absolutely Recommend This Office to Any Person Who Needs Legal Visa Process in Australia.
I had an excellent experience with WLW Migration lawyers! From the very first consultation, their team was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They guided me through every step of the process, making it clear and stress free. Specially I want to highlight the way handled Laibour market salary testing step was impressive. Specially Wei Wen who handled my visa grant was very responsive every time. She was very professional and knowledgeable compared to others Lowyers that I have worked with. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking migration assistance. 😊
I strongly recommend WLW Lawyers if you're looking for an immigration lawyer. After speaking to countless lawyers, I came across Sara from WLW, and she really helped us through. It’s been an exhausting journey, especially after talking to several lawyers from different firms who either said our case had a low chance or seemed more interested in our case because of money.Sara, on the other hand, was professional and empathetic. She provided advice and solutions that were tailored to our specific needs and requirements. She’s also very friendly and down-to-earth, making the entire process much easier. I highly recommend Sara and the team!
Response from the owner: Dear LukeThank you very much for your kind words! We're so happy to have worked with you and that you've had a good experience, especially after such a long journey. Kind regardsWLW Migration Lawyers
I can't thank James and Heather enough for their dedication and expertise in handling my student visa case. After years of challenges and uncertainties, James never gave up and fought tirelessly on my behalf. James guided me through every step with professionalism and care, always keeping me informed and reassured. Finally, after all the hurdles, my student visa was granted with no further issues. If you're looking for an immigration lawyer who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend James!

My partner obtained his Protection Visa after hiring WLW Migration Lawyers. We had been advised by a different law firm that we didn't have a chance. Luckily we took a punt and sought further advice with Simon at WLW. Four months later we were successful. Not only that, the submission and evidence that Simon and Jess provided to the AAT was so thorough they cancelled our hearing and awarded my partner the Visa on the submission's merits.Whilst the result is amazing, we are equally grateful for the friendly, sensitive and compassionate approach that Simon, Jess and team provided us. As a gay couple, it can be daunting dealing with people over such sensitive issues. We never felt anything other than genuine warmth, understanding and acceptance. THANK YOU!
Response from the owner: Dear DanThank you so much for your kind words! We're so pleased with the fantastic result for you both and very grateful that you put your trust in us.Kind regardsWLW Migration Lawyers
