About us

WLW Migration Lawyers is an Australian specialist immigration law firm. Our team of experienced lawyers are committed to providing professional and ethical migration advice and assistance to our clients.

WLW Migration Lawyers was founded by Jessica Williamson, Simon Leske and James Wardlaw in 2015. The founders were motivated to start a law firm that leverages technology to provide high-quality, user-friendly services.

The firm also sought to challenge the typical “law firm” profile by offering employees a flexible and collaborative work environment that offers the team good work/life balance.

WLW Migration Lawyers is an award-winning specialist immigration law firm with a team of skillful and compassionate lawyers and support staff.

WLW Migration Lawyers is also committed to giving back to the community and has assisted hundreds of humanitarian clients on a reduced fee model and offers legal education to its community partners.

WLW Migration Lawyers was founded with a vision to bring the best of the corporate world and the best from the not-for-profit world together under one roof.

One aspect of this vision was the development of the Bridge Project, WLW’s own not-for-profit arm. The Bridge Project aims to ‘bridge the gap’ between community legal services, which are under strain, and full-fee legal services.

My experience with WLW Lawyers was incredible. Zac was able to help my out all the way through and he was the most knowledgeable lawyer I've ever met. The level of experience he has is amazing. I would highly recommend anyone who's wanting advise and help on their Visa matters to contact Zac. Thank you so much for all your help.
WLW Migration Lawyers were amazing. From beginning to the end, my family & myself had a wonderful experience. It was really stressful our situation, with PTSD, anxiety ect. Simon & Jess helped us feel comfortable & explained everything in detail. We found the reception staff & other team's really friendly and helpful, the team put alot of work & effort into our case. The outcome was positive, & my family is now Permanent residence. We are very grateful to Simon/ Jess & Simons team. Thanks again:) 😊
I had the opportunity to work with WLW team and was genuinely impressed by their warmth and professionalism. They have a wonderfully supportive culture and it’s clear they care deeply about their clients. Every interaction felt thoughtful, making the process so much more pleasant. It’s refreshing to see a team that combines expertise with such a personable approach, highly recommend!
I first contacted WLW along with my then fiancee, now wife, and we had a long consultation about my options for immigrating to Australia from the US, and we were pleased to learn about several possibilities that would let us be together much sooner and start the entire visa process quicker than we thought possible.I would say that initial experience highlighted the entire visa application process which WLW hand guided us through, providing multiple conferences and assisting us with the huge amount of confusing paper work and documents we needed to provide for the visa application. Even once it was submitted, they stuck with us over the year long wait, providing updates and helping us submit supplemental paper work to better our odds.Today I hold a permanent visa and happily live here with my wife thanks to their hard work and dedication! WLW was wonderful and I highly recommend all of the helpful staff who helped us get here, including James, Nisha, and Shamsiya.
I strongly recommend WLW Migration Lawyers, I had the best experience with them, very professional & knowledgeable, they assisted me in getting my 309 offshore partner application in less than 3 months. My wife and I couldn’t believe how fast my application was processed!I can’t thank Jess Jeyaneshan enough for the hard work & effort put in for my application, the process was made very easy as she guided me through all the documentation that needed to be submitted, it’s safe to say that I felt the support through every step of the way. After struggling to get my partner visa onshore Jessica advised me to go offshore, she encouraged & assured me that it’s the best option for me and I’m so grateful that I took her advice, it was a pleasure working with her.Thank you so much Jess & rest of the team at WLW Migration Laywers.Highly recommend 10/10.

I do recommend WLW migration lawyers for anyone who needs assistance with Citizenship and immigration matters.
A huge thank you to James, Miyuru and WLW Migration Lawyers team. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. I started with a brief consultation with James, and it was clear right away that they were the right choice to guide me through the process. I am also so grateful for Miyuru for being patient with me throughout the entire process. They were professional, approachable, and really took the time to explain complicated legal matters in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve genuinely enjoyed all my interactions with them and feel confident that I made the right decision in choosing them to assist with my visa application. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone in need of migration advice.
