In mid-2013, Anne was admitted to The Victorian Supreme Court as an Australian lawyer and practiced exclusively in Australian immigration law and in 2016, she was admitted to The High Court of Australia as a solicitor.

Having been born in Australia to Vietnamese refugee parents, Anne felt the need to serve the migrant and CALD communities. Anne enjoys working in the private client practice space such as family visas, humanitarian, student, visitor and partner visas and Australian citizenship applications. Anne is always keen for a challenge when it comes to complex migration cases such as character, health, family violence, cancellation matters to name a few and, not only does she have experience at the Department, Administrative Appeals/ Review Tribunal but also at the judicial review and ministerial levels.

Anne previously worked at boutique, national and top tier firms, all within the immigration law space. She is bilingual in Vietnamese, compassionate and goal orientated where she strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for charities, plays tennis, swim and other forms of outdoor activities.
