WLW Migration Lawyers was founded by Jessica Williamson, Simon Leske and James Wardlaw in 2015. The founders were motivated to start a law firm which utilises a fixed-fee model and leverages technology to provide high-quality user friendly services.

The firm also sought to challenge the typical “law firm” profile by offering employees a flexible and collaborative work environment that offers the team good work/life balance.

WLW Migration Lawyers is also committed to giving back to the community and has assisted hundreds of humanitarian clients on a reduced fee model and offers reduced fee services and legal education to its community partners.

One aspect of this vision was the development of the Bridge Project, WLW’s own not-for-profit arm. The Bridge Project aims to bridge the gap between community legal services, which are under strain, and full-fee legal services.

If I Could put more stars to WLW Lawyers I would have done it. Back in 2016, someone gave me James contact details to help me with my husbands Visa which was a bit challenging. WLW lawyers team with their knowledge and guidance help us to get his partner visa. Last year my husband applied for his citizenship and they rejected him because they weren’t satisfied with what we provided. So we applied again but before we lodge all the documents we asked help from WLW lawyers, we lodge all paperwork and 10 days after my husband got his citizenship approval. They are professional, helpful and know what they are doing.

He listened and understood me very clearly and came back with clear advice based on my questions without trying to pressure me into any further discussion or consultations.
