In October 2015 the Australian Government introduced proposed legislation called the Migration Amendment (Complementary Protection and Other Measures) Bill 2015, (“the Bill”) which aims to change aspects of the complementary protection test. The Bill is the latest in a series of proposed legislative amendments to the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) over the past 12 months.
